Niche Living is keenly aware of the difficult position in which it, its clients and the Building Commission find themselves as a result of the present impasse.

It should be possible to address the problem(s) – Niche Living is flexible in its approach and seeks to enter into meaningful discussion to structure a rescue package that:

1. Ensures homes are completed quickly and without controversy by a panel of reputable builders prepared to participate in the completion programme;
2. The Housing Indemnity Insurance is used for the purpose for which it is intended; and the
3. Damaging and uncergain path of legal conflict and resultant liability is avoided.

Niche is prepared to accept and share repsonsibility for achieving an outcome and requests a meeting with you or your advisers to discuss and achieve a solution.
