The Building Industry Round Table was a very positive initiative and The Home Builders Action Group [HBAG] was pleased to participate.
Your presence with the Premier confirmed the importance of our industry not just to builders but to home buyers, renters, suppliers, landlords and the homeless. Following the Round Table, HBAG liaised with your adviser Dan Lines who has been most helpful.
HBAG circularised its supporter base following the Round Table and the response substantial and very positive.
HBAG would like to meet with you to discuss the best way forward. It believes there are a number of initiatives that are no or low-cost options to assist small to medium-sized builders. HBAG would be represented by me and the Vice Chairman Damien D’Ascenzo
HBAG wants to work with your Government. It was established in response to the builders who contacted me and our other executive members about the very difficult trading problems they are experiencing. And there are many of them.
