Thank you for your response received today to the representation from the Home Builders Action Group [HBAG].

HBAG’s major concern – as expressed in our letter – is in respect of the No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS) and the time taken to implement the scheme which you note in your letter was announced on 4 January.

Why is it taking so long?
